Comments

• With the Resin Rustic™ concrete epoxy floor finish already installed in several stores across Australia and New Zealand, it was Queensland’s turn with a brand new outlet opening in a newly renovated section of Pacific Fair shopping centre on the Gold Coast.
  
  
• This project was notable for a number of reasons, none more so than the extensive subfloor work required to install over 60m² of ramps and smooth transitions to the doorways and mat wells at the front entrance. There were also a number of joints in the original concrete slab that needed rectification and re-sealing.
  
  
• The photos for this case history were taken two years after the store was opened and shows how well the commercial floor had held up under the constant wear and tear of daily foot traffic.
