Colour Signal Red (R13)
Area 260m2
Installer WJ Ashman

Comments

  • Having successfully patched small areas of their commercial flooring for over 18 months, the abattoir asked the installer to completely re-surface a 260m2 section during a planned shutdown.

  • A custom Resin Grip™ non-slip epoxy flooring system was used to offer a durable, non-slip epoxy flooring finish in the harsh commercial conditions.

  • Jaxxon 1525 (basecoat) and Jaxxon 1505 (topcoat) were followed with an additional clear topcoat in the form of Jaxxon 1335. The aggressive caustic cleaners used in these facilities can interfere with the colour and gloss of pigmented films, so the clear topcoat was added to help protect the vibrant Signal Red finish.
