  • A manufacturer was looking to turn a 20-year-old industrial shed into a research and development lab and needed a quality warehouse epoxy flooring solution for the uncovered, contaminated concrete slab.

  • As a manufacturer that worked with industrial chemicals and operated a forklift on site as well, they required a durable, chemically resistant commercial floor that could stand up to such exposure.

  • While the slab was dirty and had to be treated for extensive surface cracking, it was otherwise in sound condition and the Resin Guard™ commercial flooring system was able to be installed without the need to prime first.

  • The new floor not only offered lasting protection, the light grey finish also brightened the space considerably.
