Comments

• Clean and Coat completed the car park in two stages. The first two days of each stage was spent on mechanical preparation and subfloor patching of the area. Then each stage was broken down to designated walkways with full non-slip broadcast and the remaining area being completed with partial non-slip in Pipeline Grey.
  
  
• Like any of these open areas, the public not reading caution signs and ignoring the tape was a daily challenge. As the area was also not fully enclosed, sea breezes up to 30 knots on some days, added to the difficulty. The customer and the stakeholders (Residents) were extremely happy with the finish and received great feedback.
  
  
• This type of commercial project is perfectly suited to the standard Resin Guard™ commercial flooring system and convential line marking equipment and paint was used to deliver a professional result.
