Rapt with the laundry that was completed in a previous project, Henry and Jeanette's attention turned to their guest bathrooms. The desire for a showcase was still there, however the challenge was marrying up with the luxurious decor - brilliantly white wall tiles, mosaic glass feature tiles and two-pack white doors. Once again a "cosmic" metallic epoxy floor was used, this time with a touch more elegance to fit in beautifully.

Design Scope -

  1. The owners of a large, high-end residence set on 10 acres in Brisbane wanted a modern, stylish floor for their guest bathroom. With brilliantly white wall tiles and glass screens used, a softer, darker metallic epoxy floor was installed to create an elegant space.
  2. The shower required a quality, 100% waterproof epoxy to handle the hot, wet conditions.
  3. Installation was carried out while the residents were at home, so product needed to be free of pungent odours and harmful solvents.
Notes -
  • The owner jokingly begrudged the impact of the metallic epoxy floor, commenting that guests were paying too much attention to it and ignoring all the other unique design elements.
