Inspecting a concrete garage floor prior to quoting
I was recently asked to step through the things I look for when inspecting a concrete garage floor
In the video below I did just that, including covering off on some of the key issues
that will catch you out when doing a garage floor coating.
The majority of the garage floor coatings that we get involved with are epoxy flake flooring because they deliver the most value to the customer. Meaning if you are trying to decide between a single solid colour floor and a flake floor, then you will add more value to your home with a flake floor. A single solid colour floor, typically grey, can end up looking much like a warehouse. Although a Resin Vinyl flake floor can be more forgiving to defects in the subfloor, this video illustrates the problems that you can't hide.
